The beginning

It is hard to decide where to begin this story. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in November last year after an episode in August that put me off work for 6 months. I am not going to let this define me going forward but I do need to make an important identity shift about who I have beome, what I can and can't do.

I am going to give this a bash and see where it takes me.
